Application Instructions (Warm Peel Film)
- Print your image on the matte side of DTF film in mirror mode (CMYK → White ink)
- Apply powder evenly and remove any excess
- Cure with heat press at 340°F (5 minutes) or in oven at 300–315°F (1 minute)
- Transfer using a heat press at 330°F for 15 seconds with medium pressure
- After pressing:
Option 1: Wait 4–6 seconds, then peel gently
Option 2: Rub the surface with a cloth to cool before peeling - Finish with a second press at 330°F for 5–10 seconds for a softer hand feel
Warning
When handling DTF hot melt powder, avoid inhalation or ingestion of powder or fumes. Harmful if swallowed. May cause irritation to skin or eyes. Always wear protective gloves, a mask, and suitable clothing. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists or the powder is ingested, seek medical assistance immediately.
